Walton-Verona Athletics Helpful Information Family ID:  https://www.familyid.com/programs/winter-athletic-registration-2021-22  Parents need to sign up their athletes with this website before each season.  Remember your passwords for future seasons or sports, it only has to be filled out once and updated. Please give as much information as you can on the form, it will be downloaded onto your coaches phones so they will have all information about your child at all time.  On this website you will digitally sign off on all athletic paperwork.
